over flow tank leaking

ok guys here is my problem i have took my car out to one of the top rx-7 shops here in town to get my car looked at and see if they could tell me what is making my over flow tank leak coolant, first of all it does not do it all the time, i have already replaced mty radiator cap, my ast cap, lower rad hose, upper rad hose, hose going from the filler neck to ast tank and the hose going to the over flow tank from the ast tank all new oem oh yeah and replaced both my fan motors, i got home and still leaking from the tank so took the tank off there is nothing wrong with it and found out that the coolant is coming out from the seal where the hose that comes from tha ast tank now my question is why does it do this i have to add coolant every couple of days to top it off both the filler neck and ast tank, i have have more than 3 techs look at my car, one did the carbon text came out fine one did the presure test came out fine the shop that i took it too told me to just replase those hoses that I metioned but it's still doing the same thing and no one can tell me whats is wrong i have tryed to read all i can but all the post i found regarding my problem do not have the ast tank any more, i read that the worse problem that it can be is the water o rings does any one have any idea of what it could be ??????????????

Boy, that was hard to read, but I'll give it a try.

Where, exactly is it leaking from? It sounds like the water is leaking from the junction where the hose from the AST meets the overflow tank. If that is so, then the engine will not pull the water back when it cools, and it will suck air in instead, resulting in your symptoms. I'd look for a problem with the sealing of that hose to the overflow tank, or a blockage in the tank nipple at that point. If you stop that leak, it should be OK (assuming I understood your very poorly written post).
