On the passenger side floor board by the fire wall, there are two bolt holes that appears that it used to hold something in place. there are also four orange wiring connectors hanging down from under the dash area. What is supposed to be there and does it connect to those four orange connectors? Thanks in advance.

 

the orange connectors are for the air bag.
