Opinions on problem with this speedo top!
Opinions are needed. Story: I was provided a speedometer top or cowl for a job I am doing. I get to the point I need to match up the cowl to the speedo, I fit the cowl together with the speedo according to its mounting tabs and it does not fit properly. I look at it and it seems to be an inch longer on one side and shorter on the other. I also realized there are different mounting holes. I have other speedos and tops and they all interchange with no issue. This one that is in question (bottom in pic) is off like an inch with how it mounts. The only thing I can think of is that is off a RHD FD and no one was aware of it? Does anybody have an clue as to why this would be different than all the other ones I have. Am I right on about this being a RHD cowl? Right now I am killing myself over this. so anyones help will be much appreciated. Thanx
