Which one is the Turbo Control Actuator?

Hey guys, Can someone confirm which one is the Turbo Control Actuator and which the Wastage actuator is. (Number 1 or 2).

I am going non-sequential and the instructions call for removal of the turbo control actuator. I removed the one closer to the top of the engine but am now thinking that I should have removed the lower one.

Thanks!

No.1 is the wastegate actuator, which controls the amount of by-passed exhaust gasses.

So the turbo control actuator is number 2 which means I took off the wrong one.

So number 3 is what I should have taken off for step 12 of http://www.fd3s.net/non-sequential.html

12. Unbolt the turbo control actuator under the turbos. (2 12mm bolts) Remove the little C clip holding the actuator rod to the turbo control gate with a small jewlers screwdriver or similar...it is okay if you dammage it cause its no longer needed. At this point you can either attempt to remove the actuator from the lines to get it out of the way, or you can leave it hanging. It might be easier in the long run to remove it completly. Its no longer needed.
