He's in a commanding 2nd overall in his class. He ran away with it at Autobahn but on the wet skidpad didn't pull as hard as others.

I actually had a part in the Grand Cherokee SRT-8 entry, but we aren't competing against you

 

My stats were before the mid america event. I see that he is in first now by 45 points. I hadn't looked at the overall standings before so my reference to overall was strictly limited to his class.

 

I showed up at the end of the the day, on saterday at Autobahn. Met with damian, Very cool guy. He was packing everything up so I did not have a chance to chat much. The car seems to be very well put together, it's also nice to see it in person opposed to pics on the web.

I'm not sure where/if they'll see this but I posted it on their website as well. Today or tomorrow will be the toughest day with regard to how their bodies adapt/adjust to driving long distances and not eating/sleeping right, etc. It _will_ get better. One of the One Lap folks last year (goes by Kermit, part of the SVRA group) explained this to us. It makes it easier to take when you know that there will be a low-point and after that it gets much better.
