One headlight dim & slow to raise. Seeking BTDT advice.

I've a situation with some strange lighting behavior on my front right corner. 94R2, 62K miles, garaged year round.

My passenger (right side) headlamp raises slowly and is dim when the headlight switch is turned on. Brief investigation shows the following additional detail, hopefully someone can provide some guidance.

Turn on parking lights on, they all work and appear normal.
Press the hazard light button, flashing occurs as normal.
Left blinker, blink rate is normal.
Right blinker, blink rate is normal.
Press the headlight raise/lower button, lights go up and down at the normal rate.

Here's where things are not quite so normal.

Rotate headlight switch one more click from parking lights to head lights on:
Left side goes up as normal. Right side has a few seconds delay and goes up slowly.
Left side headlight shines normally. Right side headlight is very dim.
Left side markers are normal, right side front marker illuminates both yellow (blinker) and white marker lamps.

With headlights on, left side blinker rate continues as normal, right side rate increases.

Has anyone seen something similar to this?
Thanks in advance.

I figured out my problem. It was grounding for the side of the car. There is a big multiwire plug just inside the front bumper. Towards the center of the car from the headlight. Big black plug just in front of the core support. I got a screw driver and pushed it in a big more and now everything is great. If I ever take the bumper off, this is getting re-engineered.

Besides the lighting, do you know what else is effected by that ground?
