Electrical Problem with headlights..Need help pronto.
My driver side headlamp, turnlamp and turn signal are working perfectly. Now my passenger side turnsignal headlamp and turnlamp are all very very dim, and all are exactly dimmed the same. I replaced all lightbuls with the correct bulbs and the same thing is occuring. Now when I turn my headlights off and just turn on the blinker for the front turn signal it works perfect and have full light, (this is when the headlamp lights are off). But when I turn the headlight back on it dims back down and everything is dim again. Any ideas? I am clueless on whats the deal here? I followed all the wire and after hours and lots of cursing, I got no where. Any help from t genuises on this form would be really helpful. Thanks for your time.

I had a similar problem... In addition to what you describe, when I would turn on the lights, the right headlamp would rise very slowly. [There is a writeup somewhere in my old posts.] For me, the problem was that the ground wire for the headlamp (or the turnsignal, I forget which) was shorted to the power for the fog light. Cutting the ground wire and running it directly to the frame solved the problem.

I went through your posts and couldnt find anything. Now the black wire is ground right, so do I take the black wiring running to the turnlamps cut it and ground that, or which ground wire am I supposed to find. Again I tried finding your write up with no success. Anyone elses help would be really appreciated now.
