Question Once flooded won't start - weird noise under hood

Hi

This starts funny.. Once I flooded my car few months ago I can't start it up since then.

1. I flooded car
2. I tried unflooding procedure (pulled of fuses etc), cranking, cleaning spark plugs etc.
3. After I put EGI fuse back weird buzz noise started to appear somewhere in engine bay when ignition is ACC ON and I can't start my car. Cranking with no result.
4. I tried unflooding procedure few times. Im so good in removing spark plugs without removing anything
5. This buzzing noise starts to disappear when gas pedal is pressed somewhere in halfway.

Here's buzzing sound:

Now what might it be? What can be connected to that? Injector? Some fuel solenoid?

Air control valve can buzz when keyed on but not running but that sounds louder than normal. When you flood an engine you can wash the oil off the seals, causing them to stick and not make enough compression to start. Unflood it again and squirt some automatic transmission fluid into each spark plug hole. Should lube things up enough to build compression and start. Be warned that it will smoke a lot until the atf burns off. Keep the motor running until it clears.

My precontrol solenoid is making this exact same noise i just disconnected it and noise stopped. I have the exact same problem with my fd flooding only thing different is i never turned off car when cold it just shut off and cant start it since iv done the flooding procedure and put oil into nipples of each housins and still no joy took spark plugs out and they were drenched. Did you figure out what it was?

Hi
Nothing has changed for me. My car is currently at paint shop but it's not starting. When it comes back from workshop I'll take closer look at engine bay and I'll try to figure out what is making this noise.
I'm going to squirt lots of oil to chamber so there is no compression problem at least at start.

If you have any ideas let me know.

bad injector? Usually FDs don't flood

I always start troubleshooting an engine with a compression check and then move to fuel and spark
