OMP Volts?

OMP Volts?
Anyone know what volt reading I'm supposed to be getting at idle?
One of the wires on the OMP harness was snagged and split. So it used to read around .88-.97-1.03 or something on the PFC commander. It would also be highlighted too.
I connected the wire, now it reads 1.17 at idle. The number would be highlighted when I first start the car and then the highlighting stopped and it would read 1.17.
I need to know what volt readings I'm, supposed to be getting to find out if I fixed the OMP or not.
