OMP - how to modify without and adaptor kit

Hi all,

I am in the process of rebuilding my 13B from my FD3S and - where I can - I facbricate/ modify stock parts. I was reviewing rotary aviation OMP kit - but on closer look at my OMP ( a mikinui one) I thought that I could achieve the same outcome - a dedicated 2 stoke oil feed - WITHOUT the kit. Here are some pics. Keen to hear your thoughts.

It will work fine. Same thing has been done by many including myself using the older OMP.

I've done this as well, with both metering pumps. Works fine with both.

I might try this with my spare OMP... will you weld a plate flush on the back side?

Hi - I am just going to block the 'feed' from the front cover with a bit of rod and some epoxy. No need to make it more complicated with anthor plate.

If your wondering where I got the fitting - have a look at a secondary fuel rail - It may look familar!

I might be able to tell you how it goes in a year - only have the motor & gearbox - no car at this point.

Rusty.
