Question Is it okay to use fuel stabilizer in FD?

I would like to know if it is okay to use fuel stabilizer in my FD because I am planning to garage it until next summer to prevent its mileage from going above what it is right now. I don't want to start it up every week or two to keep its engine running.

Thanks

I wouldnt worry about using fuel stablizer unless your going very long stretches without using the fuel. Like 5 months or more. What is important is that you make sure the tank is filled just before you put it away. Dont want that condensation building up inside. I have stored my car for a couple winters with no ill effects. I never go more than 5 months without using up the gas.
