okay help me out pls with rotor pad install q's

well, I got the rears done with my x drilled and slotted brembos plus hawk HPS pads.

after I put them on, I Went to try them out witht he parking brake. it worked so so.

when I first got the car, the parking brake did not work, so one day I adjusted it from the inside, not from the brakes, and it worked, but slowley lost its effect untill it stopped working. So I put the pads in, and it works so so again.

But aftert I used it, My right rear wheel will not spin by hand, but my left will with a bit of force.

will this change when I flush the entire brake fluid system and pump the brakes a few times? or did I do somthing wrong in the install?

Most rear disc brakes that have the parking brake incoroporated into the rear caliper, you have to turn the piston into the caliper so that the piston alings up with the notch on the pad. If you think that was hard try to do a rear brake job on a miata.
