the only fuel injector cleaner I have ever used is Redline Fuel Injector Cleaner, or Lucas Fuel system treatment.
I pulled the fuel rail and injectors off the car, set them in a tray, mixed 1 gallon of gas with 1 bottle of the cleaner (to make something like a 25:1 mix of cleaner to gas, and put that in the empty fuel tank....then I just cranked on the engine and the injectors spit out the cleaner....and it took about 30 secs. Seemed to work pretty good and only cost me 15 bucks and 1 hr of time.
abrock3217 is right though....if you really want your injectors clean, send them out to be cleaned and bench tested/balanced...make sure you change the fuel filter at the same time!
Other than that, just use a quality fuel...like chevron or shell (chevron is all I run).

Take em out send em to get cleaned. Just from cleaning I gained nearly 100% of the factory flow rate. They give you test results when you get them back. Plus you may have particulates blocking your diffusers(little plastic inserts that go down the injector port)

I'll second that. Now there really is a difference in gasolines. That didn't used to be the case. Check out www.toptiergas.com to get an explanation.
Now that I'm using top tier gasolines I've stopped using fuel injector cleaners. I'm wary of having "too much of a good thing." But when I was using fuel injector cleaners I got the best results with BG44k.
Witchhunter is around $15/ea and he turned mine around in a week, including the USPS Priority shipping both ways.
Just look up the links on doing the rats nest job - because you pretty much have to pull the UIM and all the other nasties to get enough room to pull the injectors.
1) There's nothing wrong with those pour-in injector cleaners, except that they aren't very effective. 2) Better is to take it to a shop that connects a flushing machine to your fuel lines and directly flushes the injectors from the inside - so you don't have to spend hours removing and installing the. 3) Best is the ultrasonic cleaning with flow testing and results.
