ok to remove the air pump?

Hey guys. Is it ok for me to remove my air pump on my fd if i install a downpipe and midpipe? Is it hard to remove + install the air pump? (keep in mind i will have to put it back on when i need to pass emissions)

It's perfectly okay to remove your air pump. Installation for me took a whole 20-30 minutes...Whoa...

You could always leave it...just plug up the pipe going to the midpipe and disconnect the air pump electrical connector.

I'm with jspec, it's all good. Just make sure you have the right sized belt, and an ecu to accomidate the midpipe.
