ok i am a newb and in process of non-seq
and i have searched for a pix of the stock fuel pressure regulater ...can someone tell me where it is at..i have the diagram for the process but i also have the manifold off and either it isnt there or i dont know what it looks like..and should i replace it with an aftermarket ..i also have a denso fuel pump..and to port the wastegate,do i have to remove the whole turbo setup..thx
Porting the wastegate-Yes you have to remove the turbos and it is a pretty big job to do.
The fuel pressure regulator is located on the end of the secondary fuel rail next to the firewall and it is mounted to the LIM.

The regulator is easy to find where your intake manifold bolts on, look on the back side tords the fire wall and you will see a vac house coming out of a circular deal that is connected to your secoundary fuel rail. Its really simple, i would suggest looking at the engine disasemble in the fsm which means the factory manual.
