Oil and Water Temp Gauges

Do I want to buy the Electrical or the Mechanical gauges? Thanks.

I agree. My main reason for going with electrical is that I don't want oil and coolant lines coming inside the passenger compartment. A break or leak in those lines will make a nasty mess. In addtion, if you have those lines coming into a gauge in the car, the fluids will have cooled significantly before reaching it.
