oil temp not reading/ruff idle

oil temp not reading/ruff idle
just finished a vaccum hose job and changed my plugs and wires all belts and made sure all vaccum lines were connected and not pinched. car sat for 1 month went to start and idle was bad and am not reading any oil pressure. WHAT COULD IT BE
