oil temp gauge reading 90-100C'... is it normal

hi guys
i am new to rotaries.. infact i didnt even have an oil temp gauge in any of my cars before!
my 1994 fd3s temp gauge shows 90-100C' after ideling or running for 15- 20 mins..
is it normal?..

First off where is your oil temp probe?
This might help you out a little, there is some temps posted at the pan
