Oil in the spark plugs, do I have a blown motor?

I pushed the car pretty hard at Street Tuner Mayhem last weekend and at the end of my last run the car died once I came to a stop. I couldn't get the car re-started and towed it home. I can get the car running when towed but the car will die if I let it idle. I pulled the spark plugs and there is oil on the plugs.

I have two questions...

Any idea's of what I might have done?

And I build the engine myself....how much would parts usually run? I was told $2000 but that sounded extremely high. The motor is build with 3mm Apex seals, water jacket mod, clearanced rotors, and cryo frozen from Atkins rotary.

I think the reason I blew it was before the big race we fixed 3 boost leaks that could have been present when tuned and added a bigger exhaust. Could this change my tune enough to blow my engine? My trap speeds were usually about 117mph and they were only 108 that day.
