Oil seeping out of air filter from primary turbo & 13-5-8 boost?
I thought I had 2nd turbo problems but the oil is leaking from the shorter intake closer to the nose of the car which should be the primary, correct?
With boost patterns of 12-5-7, 14-5-10, 13-5-8, etc, that makes me think the 2nd turbo is going. I currently have the precontrol all the way closed, otherwise (opened) I don't notice the 2nd turbo transition at all. Doesn't that sound backwards?

yes, the shorter intake hose, the elbow, is the primary. did you check for leaks yet? you seem to have a low transition, but then the boost builds back up. maybe a leak in the coupler coming off the turbos? or maybe it's a leak in the intercooler piping? i know you said you saw oil in the hose, but i thought that some oil in the hose was okay. it's when you start putting a quart in a month is when you start having problems. nick

the pre-control should be more open. The more open it is, the higher the transiion boost, lower the primary boost, and higher the secondary boost. Having it all the way closed does the opposite.

There is some oil that gets to the intercooler but very little. I fixed the coupler leaks although i'll probably order new ones.
If I open up the pre-control then I get no transition at all. Which as I was saying makes no sense cause that's backwards, isn't it? Having it closed explains the lower boost after the transition but if I open it then there is none.
I do not notice more oil consumption especially now that i've been using MM oil as a pre-mix.

Oil coming out from the two screw holes in my Greddy SMIC. The screw holes are for the sheet metal cover over the stock duct. Oil in the engine bay is making me nervous.

How do you open the pre-control? where is it located? I am having the exact same problem as stated above. The 2nd turbo lacks in boost and oil seeps from my primary turbo intake.
