oil pressure light on crack and missing oil dipstick?

the damn oil pressure light turns on and off completely inconsistently, sometimes at idle or low rpms, sometimes at higher rpms, for different periods of time, usually seconds, never much more. what do you guys think?

second, i know this sounds weird, but i cant seem to find my oil dipstick- i know where it's supposed to be, but it's not there, and i'm not going blind in fact i have perfect vision- has anyone ever heard of this bs?

Oil light coming on means you're low on oil. Try to determine your oil level immediately and put some in. Running your FD with low oil is very bad.

The oil pressure sensor does not turn the light on. The oil level sensor does. Add oil before driving around to find the dipstick .Or you will be a dip stick with a burned up motor .
