oil leaks from turbo turbine seals?

I've seen allot of 3rd gens with leaking oil from the Turbine seals.

Does this affect the performance of them? I have white smoke coming from the exhaust after a good wot run.

I know I will start saving...$$$$

If ur hitting full boost fine, there shouldn't be a problem for a little while, but eventually you'll need to replace them.

generally, white smoke = coolant, blue = oil, and black = rich conditions.
why do you think that it's you turbine seals and not your compressor seals? compressor seals are relatively easy to replace, while turbine seals are much more involved, if not impossible for 99% of DIYers. do you think that it is coolant leaking out of your turbine seals?
