Oil leak question.

Hello, I am thinking of purchasing an FD with about 45000 original miles on the engine and turbo's. Car seems to run great, full boost, etc but it has a couple of small oil leaks one is around the oil pan it looks like and the other is a small one around the turbo housing. (supposedly a gasket). I remember these leaks being somewhat common. How hard are they to fix and might they be cause for greater concern? I'm sure this has been asked before and sorry for the repetative post if so. I don't feel like searching through millions of old threads and figure you long time guru's could answer me in about 2 secs. Thanks guys.

Both are very common and can be fixed easily with no special tools. The most time consuming part is for the ultra blue to cure. The hardest part for mine was breaking the sub frame bolts lose. I had to use a three foot pry bar to break those puppies loose.
