oil leak factor

While dropping tranny (again, thanks pilot bearing) and removing downpipe, i found the source of my oil leak....

it seems to collect generously around the oil outlet (return line) on the rear turbo and well as the return pipe to oilpan connection, im' guessing the hot *** precat smoked the paper gaskets in either end over time? either way it likes to go all over the place, anyone dealt with this before?

i was going to get some gasket material and form fit new return pipe gaskets and seal the deal with some gasket maker, on the bright side, the manifold and center cartridges are bone dry

looks like i changed out that precat just in time! (62k miles)

If your gaskets were actually made of paper then I know the new ones are all metal. Ray Crowe can get those for you.

That's actually a pretty common leak and pretty easy to fix. Get some new gaskets and get it solved.
