Oil inside Intake Elbow

IS there supposed to be oil inside my intake elbow, like a little puddle?
IF not whats wrong how can i fix it?

also any tips for the vacum hose job? Just figured out i don't have school tomorrow so i can work on this all night.

I'm still in progress of get the intake manifold off.

I had that too. I think a little is normal. I'f there's a lot i think it means your turbos are blowing oil. My turbos blew like 2 months after I saw this but I have no idea how long it was going on for.

There is suppose to be a thin amount in there. The PCV valve lets the oil through however if it is to much and you're blowing alot of blue smoke out the rear, that would be the turbos.
