Oil filler vent tube to primary turbo inlet elbow?

Oil filler vent tube to primary turbo inlet elbow?
Wanted to confirm: is this the hose that runs from the oil filler tube to the turbo inlet elbow?
From what I read, it appears the rubber hose on the oil filler nipple runs to one of the metal hard lines, then rubber again to the turbo inlet elbow nipple. I tried to trace that path but lost it behind the alternator/under the UIM.
I am looking to add an oil catch can and wanted to plumb the outlet from the can to the stock location. i.e., insert the catch can in-line between the nipple on the oil filler neck and where it "returns" today. (My car is a '95 so no PCV.)
If the location shown in the photo below is correct, then silicone is a not a good material for this line, even though it doesn't carry an oil supply, the oil vapor (or if the can overflows and lets oil out its outlet) will degrade the silicone.

that is correct, hose comes off the filler neck, goes to the pipe (which is part of the turbo oil feed piping), and then goes right there. the other hose is for the metering pump nozzles (i think, or the boost control?) and goes to the piping that goes up from the turbo to the boost solenoids.
pic! 20-345A is the other hose. i think, 341c and 346b i think go to the turbo. not sure what the 93-5106 is for, i'd have to go look

My thought is to pull both hoses off the metal connector and run the return from the catch can straight to the nipple in my original photo. There aren't any other connections to the line, correct? i.e., not a 3-way connection where i would be leaving another hose twisting in the wind?
I mounted the catch can so just need to plumb the hoses in. Good thing I got the fancy carbon fiber (look?) one - you can almost see it
