Oil in Elbow? leaking from throttle body

Bottom of elbow looks like oil being thrown up onto it -- But when I took it off, it appears to be oil Inside the elbow and possible it is leaking out of the throttle body where the elbow attaches.

So, is the oil coming from the intercooler/turbos?

thanks for any insight

Some oil is common and not an indication of a problem. Search for oil in intake or intercooler. Removing and cleaning my intake plumbing and IC is part of my spring routine every year.

The answer is yes. You can look under the car on the passengers side at the turbos to see if there are any major issues with them. If its dry, you should be ok for now. My primary is leaking a bit on the outside, I have had an extra set of turbos waiting for these to die. Its been a year thus far, lol.
On a side note, why don't they make a color dye you can add to your oil when you change it so you can know how recent the build up is of any oil residue? I wonder if that is patented. :p
