NM Oil Cooler Referb

One of my favorite things to do from time to time is read through the 3rd Gen FAQ link as time goes on to see if I come across something on my car that needs attention, most of the time being able to find the answer I'm looking for in that section. The oil cooler fixing/cleaning thread caught my attention this time around

https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...s-info-382612/

So I looked up the company they were using back then, and seems like they are either no long around, or they changed their company and domain name. Does anyone know of any companies that offer this service now? Definitely something I'd be interested in.

I clicked on that link and sent them an email, but I'm hoping to find a company a little smaller and more focused on passenger cars. Any other businesses you guys heard of or have used in the past?

American Oil Cooler doesn't do automotive coolers anymore (at least the Arlington, TX location, when I tried to take mine there a few months ago). They said it was a new policy as of the summer.

I used Pacific Oil Coolers. They were a little more money than what American Oil Coolers used to charge, but I was very happy with their work.

That’s too bad American cooler doesn’t do them anymore. I used them a few years ago and I was very happy with the results.

Yeah, I was pretty bummed out about it when I drove over there to drop them off. There was a few months between when I talked to their sales and when I tried to drop it off, and I guess the policy changed somewhere in that time period. They said it changed because they were absorbed by a parent company.

It can't hurt to check with them though. Who knows.
