Oil cooler for R1/R2

I did search on this and it only came up that i should get oil coolers from the rx7store or other places. After market ones are like 1000$ I have a R1 model rx7 and both my oil coolers broke. I'm goin back to stock. I wanted to know if i can just get a single oil cooler from the touring/base and just convert it to fit my car.
Another question is that, will the single oil cooler (touring/base) Complete the duel oil cooler set up if i had the R1/R2 oil coolers on the passenger side?

How on earth did you break both oil coolers????

It's not really practical to try to retrofit a driver side cooler to the passenger side, AFAIK. Your cheapest solution would be to try to pick up a set of used coolers in the Classifieds section. Barring that, you will have to either buy a pre-made kit or try to fabricate one of your own....and you can search using the terms "oil cooler" and my username to learn more about the real costs of doing so.

Why aren't you claiming it on your insurance? Your premiums will not go up from a deer accident. ALL damage will be covered, including mechanical items like oil coolers. Given the cost of OEM items, you could get a nice aftermarket dual 25-row kit and still have a wad of cash in your wallet....

What does that mean?

Are you saying that you don't have collision insurance?

You would have to have a right side R1/R2 cooler, the left side (driver) is the same. I have a driver side available.

Rx7 owners usually have money to own this MONEY PIT, so i do with what i can. If the deer had insurence i would of hit him. My insurence only cares about the car i hit, not my car.O i had to move out of the way for a deer. Fell into a ditch and bam, both coolers gone. I hate deers but these are man made roads so we're in there homes. sucks that a whole **** load of oil came out, theres not goin to be any grass growing there anytime soon.
I need a passenger side, how much? Someone offered me 60$ shipped for my a driver side one w/lines, can u do a better price?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYONES responces and help. Thank you rynberg, audiobot7, chadwick
