Oil and Coolant coming out from exhaust !!

Aftern modding to nonseq i got both coolant and oil coming from exhaust, and its not blue or white smoke its plain liquid! its not coming at idle but when i rev its squirting out of there.. wtf is it possible my seals are gone? i did poor mans pressure check and got steady puff puff puff sound coming from injetion holes.. is there in turbosystem somekind of gasket that is sealing oil/coolant from exhaustport and its leaking or do i have just blown motor ??

This only happened after hte non-seq conversion? Are you sure this isnt just condensation coming out? It is actually oil shooting out the exhaust?

yes it is actually oil! no its not condensation cos i idled the car for about 20minutes. and its shoots it more when i rev the engine. at idle there isnt coming anything weird out of exhaust.. ye it didnt happen before modding to nonseq, car ran just fine. i had to pull turbos apart cos i grinded the wastegate port bigger. is there a possibility theres a seal or gasket thats leaking it to turbines? if its in combustion camber shouldnt it be black or white smoke.. not liquids ?

You are ABSOLUTELY sure it isn't simply condensation that is carrying soot? Have you driven the car and brought it up to temperature and then seen if you have the same thing?

its prob something to do wth the turbos, since they are both oil and water cooled and you messed with them.

If you want to be 100% certain, pull the turbos and install a header for a 2nd gen non turbo car. See if it still smokes. I had to do this once to prove to a customer that it wasn't the turbos, but the oil control rings/coolant seals.

man i think its hard to find old rx7 header at here in finland.. isnt there any easier way to make sure its not turbos but engine needs rebuild. i pulled out turbos and looked at them but i think theres no seals or gaskets that could leak like that. No i havnt tried to drive it.. water could possibly be condensation but oil is really for real. I just want to know for sure now that its engine so i dont waste anymore time figuring out whats the problem..

You can pressure test the cooling system if you have the right tool. Basically you pressurize the system and watch for leak down. You can also pull a spark plug during this and listen for any hissing that may indicate air/coolant getting past the seals.
