ogura ORC 409 standard single clutch ??

ogura ORC 409 standard single clutch ??
Hello,
Hope you can help me out here ;o) my standard clutch is slipping badly (car has 380 RWHP) so I am looking for a new/stronger clutch and saw the Ogura ORC 409 singleplate clutch with lighter flywheel

at RHDjapan. I am not sure if I need new counterweight and bolts for this clutch, it does not says anything about that in the specification and I have asked RHDjapan and they say I would be fine with the standard counterweight and bolts, but are they right about this ? thank's a lot guys.
