OEM shift **** options

Hey guys, the leather on my oem shift **** is completely worn. Just wanted to know whats the best Oem shift **** that will fit. I dont really like aftermarket shift ***** as they tend to get too hot or cold during the summer/winter months. So after a trip to the junk yard, i just picked up a nice weighted mx6 shift ****. It fits and feels perfect. Total cost was 1 dollar.

I really like the JDM Rx-8 5 speed shift ****. Some people think it sits tall for stock shifter though. This isn't really a problem for people with shorter shifters.

I have the 5spd RX-8 ****, but I don't have a short shifter so it looks weird with an inch gap between the **** and the shift boot. Going to use this Mazdaspeed Protege **** until I get a short shifter, it matches well with my Autometer CF gauges.

I can vouch for that, super easy guy to work with. Check this sucker out, he even re-did it once to change the color for me, and didn't complain one bit. Great service!

If you can find one, the Mazdaspeed shift **** for the FD is EXCELLENT, that's what I have. Perforated leather, has the Mazdaspeed logo embossed on the side, and it's weighted and VERY heavy. Looks, works, and feels great.

Wow, that is very impressive work. I will have to give him a call to redo my steering wheel someday.

Its most likely the one discussed here:

Hard to beat if a weighted oem quality, leather wrapped **** is what you are after.

Yes, it's the same one as shown in the post linked above. I can't remember what model it came from but it came in Mitsubishi packaging w/ Mistubishi part number so it's a good quality shift ****. I actually purchased it from this guy on E-bay:
