Odometer and stuttering connection??

Hey everyone, Hoping I could get some expertise or prior experience or opinions on the issue I’m having. Here's the details... I have a 09/92 FD3S with about 91,000 km on the odometer (at least from what I remember) when I first got the car the odometer was working perfectly fine but I was getting the common hesitation problem like most others get at certain gears and certain RPMs...

1st - perfectly fine all the way to redline
2nd - 4500 rpm car stutters (feels like fuel cut off) only way I know how to describe it.
3rd - 2500 rpm hesitation, 4500 rpm car stutters
4th - 2500 rpm hesitation, 4500 rpm car stutters
5th - 2500 rpm hesitation, 4500 rpm car stutters

now I’m still going through and doing small jobs and odds and ends that I feel need to be done so I know it’s been done
-oil change,
-brake fluid flush,
-bleeding the clutch,
-replacing rubber vacuum hoses with silicone,
-replacing broken solenoids on the rack under the UIM

the last thing I did was replace the hoses and took it for a test drive the same day, I was hoping it would fix the issue, but it did not until the next day, the odometer was working again and I had full acceleration in all the gears through redline. a bit after that the odometer was coming on and off as it pleases, but one thing I noticed was that when the odometer was working I would have no problems accelerating and when its off both hesitations would be present at those sticking points listed above. I'm trying to trouble shoot what could be the issue so I don’t know if this is an avenue worth looking into or not. any ideas or thoughts? Also, I bought a PFC with commander and tried running it to see if it would fix the hesitation at 2500 rpm but the car will start up the first time after installing rpms would go to 1500-2000 rpm then fall and stall out. after that when I try to start it up the engine just cranks and cranks but doesn’t catch to turn over.

Also, here is the mods list
-hks intakes
-re-amemiya boost gauge
-apexi air filters
-starbo turbo timer (removed from the car along with wiring)
-radio removed and same with wiring that was attached to the ECU)
-led lighting in the foot well
-ETC pass system (toll pass machine)

Sounds like an interference issue or something with the crank angle sensors or ignition.

an interference issue? or the crank angle sensor? what would be the best way to test for that? the only think left to replace for my ignition are my coils which seem to be about due now.
