Question this is the oddest thing ever to happen.. please read.

hey heres my problem. i turn my lights off. then i leave it. and like a few minutes later my city lights turn on. its been happening every other day. and well today it just so happend to drain my battery. any ideas?

Had that exact problem. My problem was within the switch itself. There was a loose solder joint. Resoldered and fixed it. You're just going to have to trace that circuit looking for bad connections/grounds.
