odd boost problem

**** so another problem lol anywho i been having boost issues everysince i installed that new intercooler but today i decided to take dat out and put stock one in their to see if i have boost leak(pipe bends r really bad on the aftermarket intercooler had a leak couple of tims cuz of it). So after i installed the stock intercooler no boost leak or watsever anywho so i turned down the manual boost controller cuz it was hittin bout .8 bar but i ended up being at .6bar i was like oh watever i ll fix it up lil bit laterz during the day so evening time rolls by i turn it up nothing happens pull over turn it up again, still nothing happens so i was like wtf maybe theirs a boost leak still. so whatever i thought to my self tommrow i ll take the uim to look underneath and see if theirs something i forgot to plug in or check the blockoff plates, couple hours laterz i start my car i started boostin BAM HITs like .9 bar i am like WTF is going. So now my question is whats causing this unusully boost and how can i fix it? cud it be the wastegate or the manual boost controller?

i know my english is really bad so here it is again, hopefully this time it will make sense

I recently discovered another problem with my car. I have been having boost issues ever since I installed a new intercooler. Today I decided to take the intercooler out and put a stock intercooler into my car to see if I have been having a boost leak. After installing the stock intercooler no boost leak occurred and the car was running fine. At that point I was hitting “.8 bar” although, after turning the manual boost control down it was reading at “.6 bar” as you must know it is suppose to be hitting “.7 bar.” I decided to leave this problem for now as I would be attending to it later. When I went to fix this problem, I tried to turn the boost up, but nothing was happening. Frustrated, I decided to leave this problem and attend to it tomorrow. I planned on taking the UIM to look underneath and see if there was something I had forgotten to plug in and to check the blockoff plates. A Couple of hours later I started my car and the boost was reading at “.9 bar”. I did not know what was going on. So I do not know that is causing this unusual boost problem. I just need to know what is causing this problem and how I can go about fixing it? I was wondering if it could possibly be the wastegate or the manual boost controller?

Thanks
Iqbal.

umm any1.. the problem is car is just staying at .59 or .6 and wont boost past that even when i turn up the boost. But it did boost once up to .9 bar but i let it off soon as i saw it go past .8(this was couple of hours laterz when i started my car and soon as i got on the throttle bam it just hit .9 bar). Its really odd majority of the time it will stay .6 (no matter how much i turned up the boost)and just that one time it went up .9 bar
