Unhappy Not your normal secondary boost problem

I have been participating in this forum for a long time and I know how common secondary boost problems are. I have had my fair share and I have been able to eliminate them with the help of you all.

This one seems a little bit wierder. My secondary boost seems to flutter when it comes online. I have a PFC and can play with thigs ut I am not exactly sure if it is in the signal the wastegate solinoid is being sent or a mechanical vacuum problem. When it comes online it goes from, (10-8-10-8-10-8)<--just secondary boost patern, all in the matter of a second. It does this as long as the car is in the secondary boost. I do notice every since my car was taken apart from having a fuel pulsation dampner put on that there seems to be a sighing sound coming from the front right of the car. I wasn't sure if this was a good sign of a vacuum leak that I couldn't find or what. I do have to say my vacuum at idle seems a bit lower than normal and the idle is a bit rougher. (The engine doesn't have 10,000 miles on it yet)I would appreciate any help you all could give me. I don't know if all these are related or completely seperate issues. Thanks!

Above I mean to say "things but" and not "thigs ut".

This is also a shameless bump disguised as a correction. Anybody see anything they can relate to or help me out with above?

Just in case anybody searches and finds this I thought I would give you the solution to the problem. It ended up being either the turbo control or the wastegate control solenoid that is mounted on the front of the engine. They are in the mount so I changed both and that solved all my problems. Hope this helps someone out.
