not sure wut is causing this, any thoughts would be appreciated!!
well today im driving around, i give the fd lil gas maybe go to 3 pounds of boost, then i let off, and the throttle sticks for a split second. then it the revs drop to 1000 rpm, then proceed to rev from 1000 to 3000 rpms, as if the car was lobing. so i pull over because i dont know wut it is. all i can think of is that its something with the ecu, so i disconnect the battery for a few minutes and when i reconnect the battery adn start the car..... the revs jump the 7000 rpm's and hold without my food on the gas..... so obviously i just turned the car back off..
but does anyone know wut could be causing this problem? any insight would be greatly appreciated

Well, since you mentioned something about the throttle sticking, look at the throttle cable. Make sure that the cable is hooked on all the clips. Also look at the TB, one of the springs or something may be keeping the buttery fly valves open. You also may want to make sure the MAP sensor, labeled Boost Sensor, located against the firewall, on the drive side. Make sure the hose didn't pop off on anywhere. Usually if its disconnected somewhere, it'll create an irratic idle, but i've never heard of it causing the car to jump to 7000 rpms upon start up. Thats about all I can think of, but i'm sure others will chime in during the morning. Also try searching around for your problems.

Yeah, none of the electronic systems on the car (ISC, AWS) can get the idle up THAT high. The only way is some sort of mechanical problem with the throttle body or with the throttle or cruise control cables.
Pull the TB elbow off - it will be obvious if the throttle is wide open. Then start looking for what's jamming up the works.
