Not getting full boost.. Pa pa plz help

K,

I need some help with this. I did the non-seq conversion on my stock turbos a while back. It seems to be working correctly minus the fact that Im only boosing .5 bars instead of .8 like I used to at full throttle.

What could be the cause for this symptom to be happening. I've already checked the crossover pipe and it is on snug, there dont seem to be any loose areas where the piping connects to the turbo.

Need some insight here, my car feels sluggish with out the extra .3 lbs of boost !

But the non seq is fun and easy to do, took me about an hour to do and at 3,000 rpms the car takes off. But, I guess I messed somthing up along the way. lol

i used rikkis method, maybe I skipped somthing.... Im pretty sure I did everything that the site told.... What I dont get though, is comparing this method to his diagram.... the web page leaves you with alot of left over hoses....

I've never done non-seq, but did you check the y-pipe coupler. From what I have read, they can look fine from the outside, but still have big cracks. Hmm, but if you got full boost when sequential then it may not be that.

How about the wastegate pill? I have no idea what happens to this when you go non-seq, but maybe that's a place to start.

I'm probably full of ****, but at least you get a bump .
