Not Getting Fuel Help!!!!!

ok, i went to start my car, and it wont turn over. i dont think its getting the fuel becuase i cant here the fuel pump turn on. the fuse in the box inside the car is fine. ive tried 2 different relays.

i have no power back at the plug to the pump. the only power i have on the relay is coming from one of the small wires.

how does this relay work? how can i try to bypass it? is there another fuse somewhere that i am missing?

You can jumper the F/P and ground connections in the diagnostic box, turn the ignition to "run" and should be able to hear the fuel pump.
