Searched already and the closest thing is an unresolved post by Fritz Flynn.
MY SYMPTOMS
As I'm at the end of a left turn onto a straight, my car falls flat on its face momentarily as I'm climbing up on boost to 5000 rpm. It happened twice and both times involved a sharp 90 degrees left turn.
I know of the fuel tank surge problem when you're less than 1/4 tank autocrossing. However, I know I'm not pulling 1 g around these 90 deg left turns like the autocrossers (ok, so I did drift the rear wheels a little - real easy when you have -0.9 neg camber fronts and --0.5 camber rears)
It has not happened when I'm on a straight road. In my case, I'm running more than 1/4 tank but less than 1/2 (about 8 gallons left in the tank when I went to filled it up).
With 8 gallons left in the tank, it should not have allowed fuel to slosh away from the pickup on a left turn.
I'm concerned something is wrong with the pickup in the pump. Pump was replaced 15K ago with a high flow ND from SR.
Fuel pump going? pickup damaged?
Anything in the collective database?

Worst case: damaged baffle.
Most likely case: FD fuel tank design.
It honestly needs a dedicated surge tank or a fuel cellfor anything less than 3/4 tank.
