hey guys i know that i am new and i plan on takeing it to get tuned with stephen kane in about 3 weeks but till then i am tired of everybody takeing shots at me about my car. it just's get old when every civic with an intake will call you out for a race. I guess it is karma because i used to have a 2000 bmw Z3 m motor with a 150 shot that would run high 12 to low 13. after i got ride of that car i decide to get this rx7 because i know it can make power. I just don't know why it is not makeing it know. I don't mean to sound like an punk but i wrote the last email after i lost $50 to a S2000 and it was not even close. I am just getting tired of lossing.
There are a couple guys who I have read that used it on their FD without any major problems. And there are plenty of 2nd gen and 1st gens that use it all the time. The bottom line is if you know how to use it properly, and have the fuel to support the extra oxygen molecules you shouldn't have any problems with it. I believe everyone just assumes that it will destroy their engine, because that is all that's ever said about it.
The bottom line is the rx-7 already has incredible performance potential w/o n20, so why even bother risking it.

Take your car to a qualified shop, have them fix the turbo control problem, and get it tuned.
Now as far as your ignorance of FDs and your apparent unwillingness to fix that problem, good luck. There is a tremendous amount of info on this forum that you could be using to great advantage, if you choose to. Lay low until you know what you're doing for everyone's sake.

Did you upgrade to larger injectors? The stock ECU can't recognize the difference. PLEASE fix your car first.
Please read the stickies. The normal boost pattern for our cars is 10-8-10
with all those mods and a stock computer, you're lucky that you're having a secondary boost problem, because if you didn't, pop goes the motor! the only thing that i could see Nitrous helping is as an IC sprayer, but then again, why waste your money on N2O if you're just going to spray your IC? spray it with water, or liquid nitrogen, or liquid CO2. here's an idea, put all your stock parts back on, get it fixed, and modify it correctly, diagnosing problems as they pop up with new mods, not just throwing mods on blindly

Also thanks for all the good advice i am not going to put the spray but i am going to try and take my car to dalles as soon as possible and have it worked on and tuned.
