Norwegian FD3 rebuild +++

This thread is suppose to replace this thread.

Here is the situation..

We bought an Rx7 in Spain, was suppose to drive it home but the engine blew in the Spanish mountains..

So we are rebuilding it... We will try to keep you posted with pics and information.

Here are the current plans of the car.
  • C-West Body kit
  • C-West light kit with xenon modification
  • Repainting the car
  • Full polish of almost evrything thats aluminium except the rotorhousings
  • Atleast we will try to replace the stock twins with the 20b Cosmo twins
  • Big Streetport

Will post more pics tomorrow..

We have just glasblasted evry aluminium parts so its ready for polishing.

We blasted it all with glass.. Dont know what preassure, but i can find out tomorrow. We blasted it all at an airlines workshop...

All the dirt went off but we still had to sand it all and then polish it with Autosol after we blasted it clean...

Here are some pics... We are not finished yet

OMG, spend $100-200 on a electric motor and some polishing wheels before you rub your fingers to death...
