Normal readings for A/F and EGT gauges..in combo

I just ordered my EGT gauge and already have an A/F gauge. What is the normal reading or safe reading for the EGT gauge. YES, I did search and the answer escaped me!

Normal EGT readings??? Anyone? Oh yeah, I have stock twins, dp, mp, cb and PFS I/C (pos).

Water temp should be at 200 degrees for the stock thermostat, never over 210 (if so, shut it down and turn your fans on to a higher setting and pop your hood to let it cool off.) vaccum should be between 16-20inhg at idle in netural.
