Is this normal play in the turbo control valve?

I just want to be sure before turbo's go back on. The flap on the turbo control valve has free movement on it, this looks normal but can anyone confirm this?

That little flap has 2 long pins with stops on the backside to keep it from going too far. Mine has it too. It`s normal.
