I know a good welder who I'm thinking to bring my spare twins to weld, It's pretty bad around the wastegate even worse than the picutere above + I ported it...
Just to experiment, hopefully might work, this dude braggs about his welding techniques and will do it for FREE so it's worth a try.

It would be interesting to tear down a new set of turbos and have the housings stress relieved and NDE'd to start with the best possible casting. But in the end, all that effort isn't much different than replacing them every 60-100k.
