Is this normal? Holes under the chassis.

I just got the car a couple weeks ago and this was the first time I am able to jack the car up and take a look under the chassis. Are these drain holes or did someone poke holes in the chassis with a lift or jack? There’s holes in each corner of the vehicle. And no I didn’t do that, I know better not to jack the car up in these spots.

this one is inside the chassis under the carpet. It goes through.

those are supposed to be there, when they dip the body in the primers and rust proofing it needs to drain out. hence large plugs.

thanks. That’s what I was thinking. I’ve seen this before on my other cars but usually there would be a rubber grommet up top.

what’s the best way to seal this back up so water doesn't get in there?

lol. That’s exactly what I was going to use. I was going to pull it back in place see if maybe some jb weld or something strong enough to keep it there, then hit it with flex seal.

just seeing if there were some other tricks people used to get these sealed.

I'd fill any gaps with epoxy or maybe seam sealer and then spray fresh under coating/bed liner on it.
