Ok I have loved the RX-7's since the 93 body first hit the street. I am now looking into buying one. What motor would you suggest to look for and how will I know what motor is in whatever car I look at. Also what is FD?

 

FD is 3rd gen.

13B-REW is the motor for all 3rd gens. They are ALL twin turbo.

Power isn't an issue believe me but thanks for the start.

 

Make sure you get someone that knows about rotaries checks it out ie; compression check, bubble check etc. They are a superb piece of machinery but very temperamental.
