Cool Noob with Noob Questions.

Hey guys! Hope everything is well. Anyway, I just recently sold my s2000 and I have always been a fan of Fd's, But here are my questions

1) Why do the motors blow up so frequently (I know apex seals) but common now, Ive seen 23,000 origional mile rollers and stuff often..WHY?!

2) What are common problems out of these cars besides blowing up.

3) Generally, how much does it cost for a new motor + install, or how hard are they to put in?

4) Is it worth it?

EDIT: And this car will be my DD, is that wise?
