havn't been in forum for thousand years it seems,

my car after rebuild wouldn't have working 2nd turbo for about a year now.

have been too busy to pay attention.

it'd sometimes kick in when it's very cold (like early morning) or the car's slightly below operating temperature (70-80 Cel)

other times boost would just lay flat and hang at .1 bar(slightly above zero)

first one works fine.

very unpleasant feeling.

car'd flood and blow thick gas rich smokes when left for more than a day.

any educated good guess?

and also can anyone tell me if i can use US spec (pre 95) precontrol actuator on 99 spec turbos? or these are swappable?
