Going Non-Seq. on my stock turbos. I bought a block-off plate kit and wanted to know what stuff should I not block-off(like EGR valve, etc. ) to pass emissions. I am planning to keep air-pump if I have too. Or can i delete everything a have the PFC running lean at low boost when the test comes around? Basically I just want to know what it takes to pass emmissions!!
